1. Cheque Payment should be to “Athena Intellects Company Limited”, and Bank-in payment to
   Hang Seng Bank (恒生銀行): 390-411668-883.
2. If a cheque or payment by direct debit is dishonored or cancelled, clients will be responsible
   to following additional payment:
   a. Resulting bank or other charges incurred by Athena Intellects; and
   b. Associated administration charge imposed by Athena Intellects.

4. Akidamy and Athena Intellects reserved the rights in any disputes arising from these policies.
